Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIMKLA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,880 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RIMKLA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SP100_S157, PPP1R18_S145, and MSI2. Each is linked with RIMKLA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIMKLA-to-partner and partner-to-RIMKLA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIMKLA versus SP100_S157 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIMKLA→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIMKLA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
