Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIMKLA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 431 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIMKLA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RHBDL1, STAB1, and ELOB. Each is linked with RIMKLA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIMKLA-to-partner and partner-to-RIMKLA results are reported.
