Across TCGA cell cohorts, RIMKLA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,505 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RIMKLA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of complement activation, Regulation of glycogen metabolic process, and Formation of primary germ layer. Each is linked with RIMKLA in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIMKLA-to-partner and partner-to-RIMKLA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of complement activation grouped by RIMKLA-low versus RIMKLA-high in BREAST.
