RIMBP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIMBP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,142 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIMBP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-17P, RNU6V, and RNU2-33P. Each is linked with RIMBP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIMBP3-to-partner and partner-to-RIMBP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-17P grouped by RIMBP3-low versus RIMBP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIMBP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIMBP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
