RIMBP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RIMBP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIMBP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT37, COX6A2, and OR1L6. Each is linked with RIMBP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIMBP3-to-partner and partner-to-RIMBP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRT37 grouped by RIMBP3-low versus RIMBP3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIMBP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIMBP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
