RILPL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RILPL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,295 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RILPL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTK7, HID1, and PDIA4. Each is linked with RILPL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RILPL1-to-partner and partner-to-RILPL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RILPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RILPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
