RILP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RILP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,952 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RILP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRK, ALOX5, and SCAMP2. Each is linked with RILP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RILP-to-partner and partner-to-RILP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RILP versus CRK in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RILP→partner) and Y-score (partner→RILP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
