Across TCGA cell cohorts, RILP mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 922 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RILP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RIPOR1, SARM1, and CYBA. Each is linked with RILP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RILP-to-partner and partner-to-RILP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RIPOR1 grouped by RILP-low versus RILP-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
