RIIAD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIIAD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIIAD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPCS2P2, LINC02563, and MIR4743. Each is linked with RIIAD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIIAD1-to-partner and partner-to-RIIAD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPCS2P2 grouped by RIIAD1-low versus RIIAD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIIAD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIIAD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
