RIF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,192 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MSH6_S227, MCM3, and MSH2. Each is linked with RIF1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIF1-to-partner and partner-to-RIF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIF1 versus MSH6_S227 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
