Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22,569 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RIF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCM4, NCAPG, and TTK. Each is linked with RIF1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIF1-to-partner and partner-to-RIF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIF1 versus MCM4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
