RICTOR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RICTOR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,161 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RICTOR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NSUN2, NUP155, and MAPKAP1. Each is linked with RICTOR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RICTOR-to-partner and partner-to-RICTOR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RICTOR versus NSUN2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RICTOR→partner) and Y-score (partner→RICTOR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
