Across TCGA patient cohorts, RICTOR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,668 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RICTOR-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCL5, NIPBL, and BRIX1. Each is linked with RICTOR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RICTOR-to-partner and partner-to-RICTOR results are reported.
