Across TCGA patient cohorts, RICTOR mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RICTOR-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, ATM, and FASN. Each is linked with RICTOR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RICTOR-to-partner and partner-to-RICTOR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by RICTOR-low versus RICTOR-high in STAD.
