Across TCGA cell cohorts, RICTOR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 305 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RICTOR-associated genes across cancer lineages are BPIFA1, MRAP, and IFNA6. Each is linked with RICTOR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RICTOR-to-partner and partner-to-RICTOR results are reported.
