RIC8B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIC8B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,590 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIC8B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD50, KANSL1L, and ZNF605. Each is linked with RIC8B in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIC8B-to-partner and partner-to-RIC8B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIC8B versus RAD50 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIC8B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIC8B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
