RIC8B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIC8B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,830 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIC8B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMARCC2, UBR7, and RCOR3. Each is linked with RIC8B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIC8B-to-partner and partner-to-RIC8B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIC8B versus SMARCC2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIC8B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIC8B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
