Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIC8B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,403 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RIC8B-associated genes across cancer lineages are VPS29, C12orf73, and RFC5. Each is linked with RIC8B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIC8B-to-partner and partner-to-RIC8B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIC8B versus VPS29 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIC8B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIC8B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
