Across TCGA cell cohorts, RIC8B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,793 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIC8B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule organizing center organization, Regulation of chromosome organization, and Regulation of centrosome cycle. Each is linked with RIC8B in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIC8B-to-partner and partner-to-RIC8B results are reported.
