RIC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RIC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRR23B, OR4E2, and CRYGB. Each is linked with RIC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIC3-to-partner and partner-to-RIC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRR23B grouped by RIC3-low versus RIC3-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
