Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIBC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 502 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RIBC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7976, RNU4-79P, and RNA5SP142. Each is linked with RIBC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIBC2-to-partner and partner-to-RIBC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7976 grouped by RIBC2-low versus RIBC2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIBC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIBC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
