RHPN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHPN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,294 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHPN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4667, SPATA2L, and ZDHHC12. Each is linked with RHPN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHPN2-to-partner and partner-to-RHPN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4667 grouped by RHPN2-low versus RHPN2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHPN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHPN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
