Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RHOXF2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RHOXF2 data layer compared with 13 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher RHOXF2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RHOXF2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, UCEC, and SARC are the cancer types where RHOXF2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
