RHOXF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOXF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,282 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOXF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCEP1, MSRB1P1, and RPS15AP3. Each is linked with RHOXF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOXF2-to-partner and partner-to-RHOXF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LCEP1 grouped by RHOXF2-low versus RHOXF2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOXF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOXF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
