RHOXF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RHOXF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOXF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are REG3A and WFDC11. Each is linked with RHOXF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOXF2-to-partner and partner-to-RHOXF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, REG3A grouped by RHOXF2-low versus RHOXF2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOXF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOXF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
