RHOV

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOV RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,641 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOV-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPINT1, LCN2, and S100A12. Each is linked with RHOV in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOV-to-partner and partner-to-RHOV results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHOV versus SPINT1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOV→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOV) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
