Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOU protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,618 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOU-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBA1C, TMEM50A, and SCN1A-AS1. Each is linked with RHOU in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOU-to-partner and partner-to-RHOU results are reported.
