RHOU

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOU mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 355 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOU-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIGLEC8, LINC01072, and RNU6-686P. Each is linked with RHOU in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOU-to-partner and partner-to-RHOU results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC8 grouped by RHOU-low versus RHOU-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOU→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
