Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOQP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,162 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOQP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of macroautophagy, Regulation of protein localization to nucleus, and Vesicle cargo loading. Each is linked with RHOQP2 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOQP2-to-partner and partner-to-RHOQP2 results are reported.
