RHOQ

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOQ RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,408 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOQ-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UCHL1, BAG2, and CCDC88C. Each is linked with RHOQ in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOQ-to-partner and partner-to-RHOQ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHOQ versus UCHL1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOQ→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOQ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
