Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RHOQ RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RHOQ data layer compared with 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher RHOQ RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RHOQ expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and UCS show a favorable association.

UVM, LUAD, and LGG are the cancer types where RHOQ RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
