Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOQ protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,703 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOQ-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNTTIP1, E2F3, and PEX5L. Each is linked with RHOQ in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOQ-to-partner and partner-to-RHOQ results are reported.
