RHOJ

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOJ RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,120 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOJ-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EHD2, FERMT2, and FMNL3. Each is linked with RHOJ in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOJ-to-partner and partner-to-RHOJ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHOJ versus EHD2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOJ→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOJ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
