Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOJ protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,985 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RHOJ-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADRA1A, LYVE1, and LAMA4. Each is linked with RHOJ in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOJ-to-partner and partner-to-RHOJ results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHOJ versus ADRA1A in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOJ→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOJ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
