RHOH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,050 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCSD1, RGS14_S203, and RASAL3. Each is linked with RHOH in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOH-to-partner and partner-to-RHOH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHOH versus RCSD1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOH→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
