Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,503 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOH-associated genes across cancer lineages are DOK4, METTL9, and IGHV1-2. Each is linked with RHOH in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOH-to-partner and partner-to-RHOH results are reported.
