Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,044 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RHOH-associated genes across cancer lineages are LONRF2P2, MIR7702, and RNU6-362P. Each is linked with RHOH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOH-to-partner and partner-to-RHOH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LONRF2P2 grouped by RHOH-low versus RHOH-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOH→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
