Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 599 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RHOG-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6R2P, C17orf98, and TRBV12-4. Each is linked with RHOG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOG-to-partner and partner-to-RHOG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6R2P grouped by RHOG-low versus RHOG-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOG→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
