Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 94 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RHOF-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTBP2P3, SNORD90, and RNU6-163P. Each is linked with RHOF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOF-to-partner and partner-to-RHOF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CTBP2P3 grouped by RHOF-low versus RHOF-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOF→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
