RHOC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,388 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNKS1BP1, USP39, and PXN. Each is linked with RHOC in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOC-to-partner and partner-to-RHOC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHOC versus TNKS1BP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOC→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
