Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,506 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RHOC-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM167B, SCP2, and RNF14. Each is linked with RHOC in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOC-to-partner and partner-to-RHOC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHOC versus TMEM167B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOC→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
