Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 163 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOC-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL34P3, MORF4L1P7, and RNA5SP422. Each is linked with RHOC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOC-to-partner and partner-to-RHOC results are reported.
