Across TCGA cell cohorts, RHOC RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,264 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cell-matrix adhesion, Positive regulation of cytoskeleton organization, and Regulation of cell-substrate adhesion. Each is linked with RHOC in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOC-to-partner and partner-to-RHOC results are reported.
