Across TCGA cell cohorts, RHOBTB3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. OESOPHAGUS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RHOBTB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GHRHR, DYDC1, and AADACL3. Each is linked with RHOBTB3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOBTB3-to-partner and partner-to-RHOBTB3 results are reported.
