RHOBTB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOBTB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,737 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOBTB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SGCD, VCAN, and MRPS27. Each is linked with RHOBTB1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOBTB1-to-partner and partner-to-RHOBTB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHOBTB1 versus SGCD in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOBTB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOBTB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
