Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 476 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RHOB-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPX6, MIR4265, and RNU6-254P. Each is linked with RHOB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOB-to-partner and partner-to-RHOB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPX6 grouped by RHOB-low versus RHOB-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOB→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
