Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RHOA Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RHOA data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher RHOA Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RHOA expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

OV, DLBC, and BLCA are the cancer types where RHOA Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
