Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RHOA mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RHOA data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher RHOA mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RHOA expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and GBM show a favorable association.

COAD, HNSC, and GBM are the cancer types where RHOA mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
