RHOA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,011 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCN3, LUZP1, and MAP4. Each is linked with RHOA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOA-to-partner and partner-to-RHOA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHOA versus RCN3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOA→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
