Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,033 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RHOA-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRPPA, PDSS1P1, and BAIAP3. Each is linked with RHOA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOA-to-partner and partner-to-RHOA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHOA versus CRPPA in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOA→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
